Where’s the Laminate?

Have you been led to believe that the durability
of a label is only as good as its laminate? Well, Metalcraft’s labels
are even more durable without a laminate! Impossible, you say? Read on!
Metalcraft prints their polypropylene and polyester
labels using a subsurface print method. Literally, the image is printed
on the underside of a clear substrate, and then sealed to the substrate
by a colored carrier (white, silver, or clear) and backed by a high-tack
adhesive on an easy-to-peel liner. The subsurface printing protects the
image from abrasion, chemicals, removes the possibility of de-lamination,
plust the .002” and .003” substrates offer more UV resistance than standard
.001” laminates. Printed using a digital lithograph print method, the
image is also more attractive than traditionally printed labels. In addition,
Metalcraft offers PMS color matching and 4-color print process. The result?
A more durable, longer lasting, better looking label with a cleaner image,
more color options, and a guaranteed to scan bar code. Call me at 920-685-0751
